It will come as no surprise to members that the mutual will close to new business and renewals after nearly 40 years of operations.
This demutualisation will undoubtedly cause concern in the architechtural community, and we have been having a number of discussions around their options when considering leaving Wren due to cover restrictions and cash calls – and have found successful alternative solutions in the open market for both continuing operations and also run-off.
